Our three layer co-extrusion blown film line is developed by our company on basis of the market requirements. Its structure is designed by absorbing an advanced level of the similar products from home and abroad.

This product is able to continuously blow and produce all kinds of packaging films with the thickness of 0.08mm, and the folding width of 800 or 1500mm. These packaging films can be made from such materials as LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, MLLDPE, and PA. The film features strong resistance to moisture, rain, wind, frost, oxidation, and oil. Therefore, our film blowing machine can be commonly used for the packaging of sundry fresh fruit, meat, pickles, fresh milk, beverages, and some others.

Features of Blown Film Extrusion Line

1. The machine head is provided with the layered spiral mandrel, which can unceasingly rotate 360 degrees.
